The Test Stand is rigidly built consisting of Fixed Frame, Moving Frame connected with Tie Rods and nuts assembly. Hydraulic Cylinders are used for clamping the valves according to the face to face distance of various sizes of valves, This Test Stand is for Face sealing and bore sealng. Our Test stands are PLC controlled, fully automated for efficient testing, the test can be observed on SCADA along with report storage and retrieval with trend, our Test stands are offered with Flow meters, bubble counter as per requirements for measuring liquid and pneumatic leakages.
